ELMWOOD, La. — Prime Shrimp, a supplier of premium frozen shrimp products, has announced the exclusive QVC launch of its newest flavor: the Honey BBQ Prime Shrimp Burger. The product will make its national debut on July 15 as part of QVC's "Today's Special Value" broadcast, available at an introductory discount for a 24-hour window.
The launch follows consecutive sold-out airings of the brand's original shrimp burger on the network. The Honey BBQ flavor was developed to offer a classic summer taste profile within Prime Shrimp's premium burger patty line.
Like the original, the Honey BBQ burger contains large chunks of premium Ecuadorian shrimp and is free from antibiotics and sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP). The pre-portioned four-ounce patties cook directly from frozen, providing a gourmet meal in minutes.
During the exclusive 24-hour period beginning at 12:01 a.m. on July 15, QVC shoppers can purchase the Honey BBQ flavor bundled with Prime Shrimp's Signature Cajun Shrimp Burger at a special introductory price. After the event, the Honey BBQ flavor will remain available on QVC, but the promotional pricing will expire at the end of the broadcast.
